I assist a non-profit organization that gathers information via paper forms,
and then enters this information into a MS Access database. I would like to
convert the MS Access forms (layout, design, labels,etc.) to a MS Word
document so that we could print it. Thank you

I don't think you can convert them, but you can print them.
