Connecting Nokia 6310i to Toshiba E755 with Toshiba Bluetooth Card

I cannot seem to connect the two together. I cannot gain access to the
Connection Registration area; nor can I click on the Dial-Up area to gain
authentication.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
