Connecting an old monitor to VGA card

Hello,

I have an older SuperMac Supermatch Monitor, model #THZ8175SKTKW. It
has a 13W3 connector.

Can I just use a 13W3-to-HD15 cable to connect this monitor to a
modern/standard video card? Will this work on a PC? Otherwise, is
there some sort of adapter I could use to make it work?
