Conditional formatting issue

I've been trying to set the font/text size of a cell based on the value
in another, but the option to do so is greyed out. Any idea why I can't
seem to do this?

(Excel 2010)

with CF you only can change to bold, italian and so on or change the
font colorof you can add underline or strikethrough.

font name or font size cannot be changed with CF

OK, fair enough - is there another way of doing it, though?

you could do it with VBA

Not really that crucial, just a cosmetic nicety - but thanks anyway.
