Whenever I play a game online or offline after about 10 minutes or so my whole computer just tunrs off by itself if anyone knows how to fix this problem please tell me how

Here's two possible solutions, depending on if the computer shuts down or
shuts down and restarts.
A) If it shuts down and restarts, then...
Your system is most likely restarting as a result of a STOP error.
To stop this behavior go to Control Panel / System / Advanced /
Click the Startup and Recovery Settings button / Uncheck the box
labeled "Automatically restart" under the System Failure section.
To analyze the error, try the steps in: http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm
If the error indicates a file name that begins with ati, or nv (nVidia)
the most likely solution would be to install the latest drivers using
the instructions at: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits/Video.html#drivers
B) Otherwise, if it just shuts down...
Hardware issues can cause freezing, black screens and other
errors. Also, your drivers should always be kept up to date.
Try the following steps one at a time to try and resolve the issue.

to a configuration problem on my computer. I am not sure what to do.
Unfortunately the website you suggested seems a little complex for my
understanding. Could you possibly simplify in simple terms what i should do
to fix the problem and which websites i should visist.
