Computer slows down sometimes then go back to normal

What could be the problem, sometimes it runs perfectly but then it slows down
on whatever im doing, even the sounds sound like its stalling then it go back
to normal...

You might be loaded with Temp files.
Go to Control panel and double click Internet options.
Delete Cookies, Files (Temp files), and clear History.
