computer screen locked cant see any windows

hey my computer screen locked os that i cant see anything
i open all i see is my desktop picture does anyone know
how to fix this?

i can not use any cds wont let me

You should the press, ctr-alt-del keys,task mgr will open,select
new task,type:cm
In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow But this utility will ask that the xp cd be installed
its the fix,be sure it wont take cd,it"ll run w/o it but not in default.The other try
in cmd type:CHKDSK C: /
Agree to restart then type:EXIT
