Computer beeps constantly under heavy processor usage

I am so baffled by this problem. First, my specs:
Windows XP, P4 2.6GHz, 1024 PC2100 RAM, ASUS P4S8x
Motherboard, GeForce 4 TI4200 Video card.

Back when I only had 512 of RAM, the ciomputer would only
beep when I played Star Wars Galaxies, so I thought it
was game related. However, after I added a second 512
stick, my computer started beeping even when I was out of
the game. I narrowed it down to the fact that it
corresponds to processor usage.

For example, whenever I run Seti@home in the background,
my processor usage stays at 100% (as it should since Seti
is constantly using it) and my computer will randomly
emit beeps. Shut it off, and it's quiet. When I play Star
Wars Galaxies now, the computer condtantly emits beeps in
no particular rhythm, and varying between two pitches.

The strangest part is that it's gotten much worse since I
put my second stick of RAM in. I ran a RAM diagnostic
program which found no faults in the RAM. I also tried
unplugging all my perihperals except my boot drive, in
case it was a power problem as someone suggesed (although
I doubted it since I have a 420 watt supply).

This is very annoying, since Star Wars Galaxies is
basically unplayable now since constant beeping is far
too annoying to put up with. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes. And actuall, even when I unplug the speaker from the
motherboard I can still hear the beeping, although very
very softly.

My MOBO manual says that the cpu over heating or running
at a lower frequency could cause this.

In the bios it lists the CPU temp as 38C/100F. Is that
normal?

Also, the core voltage is set for "auto" which says
1.525, yet the actual voltage reading says 1.44.

Also the +3.3 voltage reading says it's at 3.18.

Are these within normal paramteters? If not what can I do?

I manually cranked the core voltage up until the actual
voltage read about 1.5, but I couldn't do anything to the
+3.3 voltage reading, and none of this made the beeping
go away anyway.

Just wondering if these readings are normal!
