Comet won't go away;safe mode scan+ccleaner etc

I followed the instructions in the earlier Comet post but
Comet System won't go away. MSAS keeps quarantining it
and we instruct to remove but it keeps coming back. Also,
CCleaner deleted all the links that used to be available
when run is selected; anyway to find them somewhere? Stan
