Colours in Front Page 2003 and MS Digital Image v.9

I would really appreciate it if anyone able to assist me in going about
matching a standard Front Page 'background' with a background 'tint' in
Digital Image. I cannot reconcile the two so that the background to the image
is indistinguishable from the background to the main web page.

What I normally do is save the background image as .jpg (rgb) format, then in FP after inserting on
a page, I adjust the background color using the eyedropper tool to match the color of the image.
