I can't seem to send emails from Outlook 2002 - it keep
on coming back with message undeliverbale and with this
message:

Client host rejected: Access denied due to junk mail
relaying (a0006)

Speak to your ISP.

It sounds like someone thinks you (or all users in your domain) are guilty
of sending junk email and have blocked you.
