Click 'Print' but get 'Save'

Been trying to print of some documents including emails but instead of getting the 'Print' window, I keep getting 'Save' ones. Can anyone help please?

Hi Bob, welcome to the forums!

That's a very unusual scenario, so what I think may be happening is that you've got the default printer set to a software rendering one - for example, there are virtual printers for Microsoft OneNote and plenty of PDF printers.

Could you check which printer you've got set as default please? Also, does this happen in all applications?

Hi Ian. Well done! I had hoped to get a few posts with various suggestions, I did not expect an immediate fix. The default printer was indeed set to MS OneNote and when I moved it to our Epson printer things were immediately back to normal. Thank you so much.
