checkdisk runs every time i boot

Just began to happen, I checked session manager key in the registry
and it's autocheck autochk *. So no problem there. Can anyone help? I
sure hope it's not winxp shutting down poorly. it seems to shut down
fine.as always.

Note, their is both enable and disable chkdisk at boot you might want to
download them both incase you want to run chkdisk in the futurel
