Change USB memory card reader icons in XP?...

Can't figure this one out...I have a compact flash FIREWIRE reader and a
memory stick USB reader, both come up as a generic icon (one is Lexar and
one is Sandisk) so I have a hard time telling them apart. I know I can
change the icon of a shortcut to each, but I want to change the actual
device icon as viewed in My Computer. Any suggestions on how to do this?
Also, where can I find good icons, specifically Sony memory stick icons?
Finally, is there a program in XP for editing and creating icons?

I don't know the answer to your query but can tell you that Iomega software installs a whole bunch of flash memory icons in it's program folder when installed. If you find out how to do it, they'll be ideal. I can zip 'em up and mail them to you if you wish?
