Change Password Icon for TS users

    Good day,

    Is there a way to plop an icon on everyone's TS desktop
    for password changes. The user logs in and would like to
    manually change their password. A CTRL-ALT-DEL brings up
    their own w2k desktop. I know that you can set them to
    expire and then would be prompted to change it, but I'd
    like to give them the ability to change it as well.

    Am I missing something?
