change language from Italian to English

A friend of mine who lives in Italy just bought a PC in
Italy and it comes with the Italian version of Windows XP
Home. Does anyone know what he needs to do to convert it
to English?

Unfortunately not possible. There is no version of
Windows that can change language versions - you'd have to
do a clean install with the English version.

Only the english version can be converted to other languages. And MS won't supply the files to individuals.
