Change Default Action for Blank CD

I have an external Yamaha CDRW attached to a PC running
Wondows 2000 Pro. Someone selected Roxio's EZCD 5 as the
default action when a blank CD is inserted. How do
I change or reset this so that the dialog box comes
up again and lets me choose what I want to do?

A step by step guide:
1 - open my computer
2 - right click the cd drive and open properties from the menu
3 - in the proprties popup click the autoplay tab
4 - select Blank CD from the pulldown menu
5 - in actions select the "prompt me each time to choose an action" dot
6 - hit "OK"

I know this thread is old, but it was unresolved and it was #1 when I googled
