Certification txt attachment on incoming email

How do I get rid of the certification txt attachment which is showing on
every email I get? I can no longer tell the difference between emails with
attachments and those that don't.

This certification attachment is related to your AVG Anti-Virus Program
Follow these steps to remove the attachments that show up on EVERY e-mail
Open your AVG antivirus program
Go to TOOLS, ADVANCED SETTINGS
In the left hand column look for "E-mail Scanner" (don't open the menu)
Just highlight E-mail Scanner and see right hand menu
Under "E-mail scanning" UNCHECK "certify e-mail"
Click Apply, and OK
This will remove those pesky attachments!
