Cell Margins

In Word, one can increase the top, bottom, left and right
margins in the cell of a table.

How can I do this in Excel?

Thanks!

Thanks for that, but that only takes care of the left and
right margins. It is the top and bottom that I am
concerned about so that the data is easier to read.

I know that I can enter a hard return to achieve an extra
line on the top and bottom of the cell, but I was looking
for an easier way to format the entire sheet.

Thanks, again.

For top and bottom,
Format/Cells/Alignment/Vertical/Center/OK
Then adjust row height to taste.
