Cell data missing on print & print preview

Help,

I have a customer with a spreadsheet (XL XP) that when he
views the print preview or actually prints the spreadsheet
some of the cell data is missing.

I have tried getting him to print to a different printer
(hoping it was a driver issue) and he had the same
result. When I look at the file on my machine it works
perfectly.

Any suggestion gratefully received.

Hi Gareth,

Without knowing exactly what you mean by "cell data is missing" (are the
cells in question completely empty, are they showing ####, are they being
cut off?) I can't say for sure, but it sounds like a problem with the
printer driver on the client's machine. If it's possible, have him try to
print the worksheet from another computer and see if he has the same
problem. If not, it's pretty much certain to be a problem with his machine.
The solution to this problem is usually to go to the web site of the
manufacturer of his printer, download the latest driver software, and
install it on his machine.
