Capturing NT Events on Windows 2000

Hi,

I have a tool which generates NT Events for a source "NTDS Database"
and then I capture all those fired NT Events. The issue is both the
tool works correct when executed on Windows 2003 however, it does not
captures all the NTEvents fired on Windows 2000 machine. Is there any
known bug for capturing NTEvents on Windows 2000 machine?

Please let me know if you have any idea.
