capturing images

Earlier in the day, i was able to find a site where i
could see all of the images of sites I had visited, some
a mere dot, others either a picture i had clicked on, or
a company's logo, etc., and i was successfull in saving
them to a floppy to use in spicing up shortcut icons or
adding to prints.
I have not been able to back track to where i found this
feature.
Anybody out there offer any hope?
I have been sitting here for hours trying to figure out
how I did it.
Thanks

Do a search for .jpg or .gif files starting your search in
the temporary internet files directory will list images
from sites you have recently visited.

ADDENDUM: One other feature that I stumbled upon that
might help narrow it down, when I right-clicked the
images, it gave quite a lengthy list of what choices to
use the image (wallpaper, screensaver, etc.) Was really
neat ... posted Bob Hope's picture as desktop for the
day, but just can't find my way back to how I did it.
