Cap locks key

While back someone posted a free program to disable the cap. locks key
unless it was held down for a period of time.. Problem was it didnt work
on 98/se. Anyone know of a program that does ? Thanks

you can install kerneltoys from microsoft to get remap options under :
run > settings > control panel > keyboard > remap.
It's nifty to remap it into a second shift key for example.

TheWonderfulIcon has a 'do nothing' option which can be applied to the
caps lock key. Since I have TWI running all the time, this is what I
use. There are loads of freeware apps about of varying quality and
bloat.
