Can't update "Windows Update"

I am trying to update Windows XP update .. up until a few
months ago I regularly applied updates.

Now the update software loops .. I click "yes" to
download new update software and this message keeps
coming back.

Can anyone provide any suggestions ..

Delete your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and try
again.
