Can't uninstall managed application

I am trying to get an application I installed via GP to uninstall. I
unassigned it from the computer account. When the computer is booting it
says that it is trying to uninstall the application. When I get to the
desktop and check the application log it says teh application failed to
uninstall. Below are the errors generated. I have done quite a bit f
searching but haven't found anything yet. And help would be much appreciated.

I have tried that and it tells me the the installer service can't perform teh
action in safe mode. I'm sure it is because the app was installed via Group
Policy.
