Can't ping ipconfig...

I am trying to ping my ipconfig so I can fix the 'access denied' messag
I get when I try to delete unwanted programs/files from m
computer...but in effort to do so, it says that the files doesn'
exsist....how do i fix this? any help is appreciate

Unless you are deleting files over a network I am not sure how ipconfig will
tell you anything useful. What files are you trying to delete and in which
folders? It sounds like you are trying to delete files still in use by a
program or are not logged in as the right user. If you are trying to delete
music files, make sure the music program is shut down first. If all else
fails, try going into Safe Mode and deleting from there.
