can't open Ebay Website

For the past few weeks I have not been able to open Ebay
on my computer. I can open it on my Daughters. I am
running XP. When I try to go to ebay I get the following
across the top of my page
p://include.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/js/help/openHelpWindow.j
s
THen it loads three EBAY logos and goes no where. I have
reset security settings. I need help. Please.

clear all your temp files, and cache make sure IE is set to check for new
pages

tools internet options settings make sure the cache is set real SMALL about
10 mb tops. and to check for new pages every time!

do you have a p drive?
