can't find "\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5"

I ran Norton Antivirus, and there were 4 adware threats
found:
lycos_ss[1].exe
memwatcher2[1].exe
ncase[1].exe
statblaster[1].exe

NA, however, said they couldn't delete or quarantine the
files, which is fine, it's happened before. So I was
ready to manually delete, but the files are supposedly
in "C:\Documents and Settings\BY\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files\Content.IE5"
I couldn't find the folder "content.ie5" anywhere. I
used explorer as well as search in the start menu. It
makes no sense that NA would say they're there, when
there's no folder. I checked to make sure hidden folders
are shown in the options menu for folders, and they
should be shown. I have no idea what to do... any help
would be greatly appreciated! THANKS

You need to show both hidden and system folders. Content.IE5 is a system folder.

Additionally, just open Windows Explorer and paste:

C:\Documents and Settings\BY\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

Into the address bar.
