Can't e-mail from Photo Gallery

Dear Steve,
I can't e-mail photos or scanned documents out from Vistas Photo Gallery.
Even after Reboot removed my e-mail shields and Trend Anti-Virus turned off
my protection for a test, when I tried again Windows Mail continues to
inform me that my SMPT server has not responded. Then I receive, Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19; followed by,
Protocol: POP3, Port:110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19. I'm new
and have no idea what I'm doing or what any of this means!

Even when "turned off", Trend Micro will continue to interfere with
Windows Mail. Uninstall your antivirus, reboot, then test Windows Mail
again. If that fixed the problem, we can recommend a free antivirus
that is more compatible.
