cant delete a file left behind from Temp IE

there is a file left behind from IE temp files. It has a
very long file name and I cant change any properties or
rename or anything like that. Anyone know how I can get
rid of it.

Try control panel \internet options \general tab.
Delete files button
Also delete offline content.

If the file is still there, then hopefully you can give at least the
first of the name, plus the extention.

Also, you should run antivirus protection and either Ad-Aware or
Spybot to eliminate any parasites and other nasties.
