Can't change Clock Format

I don't know how it happened, but my clock went from 12 hour to 24 hour
format. When I bring up Date and Time Properties there is no option to choose.

Any other way to set it back to 12 hour?

for you inside mine...

go to control panel, regional options,
customize button, time tab.

there you should find the modification
