Cant access PC(win2k professional)- unknown error : 2455

Hi All,

I have got a pc win2k professional, to which I cant
connect through network. Through network I can ping to the
machine but when I go in network neighbourhood and choose
this machine, it gives an error > machine is not
accessible - unknown error : 2455.

This machine has 2 partition C and D and FAT32 is file
system. I have service pack 4 installed on this machine. I
tried replacing RAM and NIC.

In event view following error I found.

Attempt to determine whether user and machine accounts are
in the same forest failed (0x6b5).

Do any one know whats the wrong with the system. Can
anyone please help me or guide me ?
