Cannot open more than one IE window at one time

My IE does not allow me to open more than one browser
window at one time.

I am using Windows XP Pro. Does anyone have any idea how
i can rectify this problem?

Tools menu, internet options, advanced tab
Un-check "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
Apply and okay your way out.
