can receive emails but can not receive emails

keep getting following error , Subject 'try again', Account:
'116.250.255.20', Server: '116.250.255.20', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19 (using on a computer with vista as
well as another on xp)
can someone please help

Some email services are using an alternate port like 587, you could look in
the FAQ on your provider site or try 587.

Error 0x800CCC19 is a timeout, which can be caused by many things.
I attempted to connect to that server on port 25 and there was no response.
Why are you using an IP address instead of the server name?
According to http://www.activ8me.net.au/files/email_setup.pdf
you should be using the server name mail.activ8.net.au.
