Can receive but not send yahoo mail

I've just got a new laptop. No problem in receiving my yahoo.co.uk email but
i get an error message on sending:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject '$£', Account: 'Yahoo',
Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

What do I change?

Note that many email providers block connections to port 25 if they cross
from one internet provider's equipment to another's before they get to the
server, to cause trouble for spammers. If this affects you, check the
instructions carefully for information about how to connect to the outgoing
server through another port instead.
