Can not log on

Hi,

My computer is an domain controller and whenever
after i insert the password then the screen become blue
and can not show the desktop, the pc seems hang. Why will
this happened? Is it the network problem?

Are you using the Novell client? Are you logging on to the domain or to the
local machine? Does it happen for both scenarios? Are you able to hit
ctrl+alt+del and get a screen?
If you can logon locally you should enable userenv logging by following the
steps at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;221833.
After this has been enabled you can review the log for errors that may
pertain to the logon problem.

Hi,
I am not using Novell, just using the win2k server
and act as a domain controller only. I type password and
after that a blue screen apear but no icon in the
desktop. I try to ctr-alt-del but nothing out also. What
should i do now? Thanks
