can I import my contacts from yahoo mail into outlook contacts?

I've been using yahoo mail for some time and recently started using outlook
mail. I'd like to export/import the contact folder from yahoo into outlook,
I tried exporting from Yahoo it seemed t commence but didn't complete. Can I
do this by using import on outlook and pull the contact list from Yahoo mail?

Did you look at your Yahoo mail account? Open the Contacts page. If you're
using the "new" Yahoo, click Options and switch back to "classic" Yahoo.
Select your contacts tabe and click Tools>Export. Next to the words
"Microsoft Outlook", click the button labeled "Export Now".
