Can I Export File\folder\share\security?

I have a single server running in an 2K AD domain. I need to remove AD and
join this server to an NT4 domain (don't ask, not my decision). Is there a
tool that will let me export the current file, folder, and share security
settings from this AD domain? I then would need to modify the domain
references to reflect the NT 4 domain and reapply to the server. I realize
that may require a different tool?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have never done that myself, but the following link should help about using
robocopy and permcopy. Xcopy can also copy ntfs permissions. Be SURE to test out your
migration before rolling out as these things are often hard to do right the first
time and keep a backup of your current server until after things are working
