When I am previewing a slide show I always find something I want to edit /
change. I hit F5 and the sile is opened for editing. Can I toggle right
back to the show on the same slide to view my edits? I guess the question
can I begin a slide show with a slide other than slide #1. PowerPoint 2003
Thanks,
Jerry

Shift + F5 will start your presentation on the current slide shown in edit
view in PowerPoint 2003

The small button that is supposed to look like a projector screen located in
the lower left corner of the screen will also start on the current slide.

Oh, so it's meant to be a projector screen! I've always referred to it as
'the Little Martian button'. We live and learn!
