Can I accept all changes in Track Changes just once?

Rather than having to accept or reject changes one at a time, is there a way
to accept all of them at once?

In Word 2002 or 2003, click the arrow beside Accept Change on the Reviewing
toolbar and choose Accept All Changes in Document.
