I get this message on some email sent. Not always when attachments are
present !

RFC 2822 is meant to cover server to server communications and not mail
client to server. In any event, the general cause is that the mail server
doesn't like the fact that OL2007 can submit incomplete messages (e.g.
missing message id). This is perfectly acceptable for an end user mail
client to do and it is up to the server to complete it.

To check my hunch, see if Outlook 2007's postmark feature is on/off.
