can addresses accidentally deleted from Outlook be retrieved?

whoops, I was talking on the phone and trying to clean up my address book and
I accidentally deleted from L on down. is there any way to retrieve the
addresses once they're gone?

They would be in your Deleted Items Folder.
If you emptied that too, they are gone.
