Calendar Sharing Problem

Well i m facing a problem in calendar sharing . The
problem is really interesting . Details of which are
under :

Our country manager is using OUTLOOK 98 Calendar for
noting his all appointments and his secretary is viewing
it via REVIEW share permission. Some time when our CM
clicks on Exchange Server Mailbox Calendar folder shortcut
lying on outlook bar it instead of taking it to the Server
Calendar folder took them to Local PST Calendar Folder,
resulting of missing of information .

So please help me to resolve this issue

I'm a little confused. Is your CM using his
Exchange account or his PST for delivery
of his email?
