When I shut down computer, an window comes up with message:
"Windows cannot end this program at this time. It may
need more time to complete an operation.

To return to windows and check the status of the program,
click Cancel.

If you choose to end the program immediately, any unsaved
data will be lost."


How can I get rid of this window pop-up? It comes up
every time I shut down.
