Business Contact Manager cannot create a database

Oleg Rogyns'kyy

After Installation of BMC onto WinXP Pro mashine with
Office 2003, Outlook is started. Invitational page of BMC
appeares and asks if to creata a database. I answer -
YES. Then it says that it cannot create a database. I
searched the internet and founf MS solution - to add your
user account to BMCUsers group in the users
management>>computer administration. I've done everything
according to them - no result. Tried to create a database
manually from Outlook File>Data File Management>Add>BMC
Database, but it gives the same error - "Cannot create a
database". Please suggest what to do! I upgreaded to XP
Pro only because of BMC!!!
Thank you,

Oleg.

My MS Office 2003 ID is 73931-721-0900606-57768. I
received it for free during MS Office System Launch event.
None of the solutions provided by MS helped, please help
me. I need to use BCM so badly...

Thank you,

Oleg.

Did you make a type below when you talked about the BMCUsers group? It
should be BCMUsers. Does it work if you're logged in as Administrator?
