Buffer Overrun detected

    Hello, I keep gettign this message everytime I start up,


    Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error.

    'Buffer overrun detected, internal system error......
    program must terminate'

    C:windows\explorer.exe

    I am using Internet explorer 7
    my windows updates are regular.

    what can I do to resolve this.
