BSOD w/ XP Pro on IBM Thinkpad

About once a week I get a BSOD on my Thinkpad that I've recently installed
XP Professional. I've verified that all of the drivers are up to date using
the Windows Update site. When I get the BSOD it automatically reboots
before I have a chance to read any of the text or write anything down - thel
Thinkpad reboots and comes back up without any complications each time.

How dow I determine the cause of the crash so that I can work towards
resolving the issue? I have perused the Event Logs but not found anything
indicative (but not really sure what I should be looking for). I've also
tried to make some sense out of the data that gets sent to Microsoft without
any success.

Any suggestions?

Thanks much.

Talk with or email IBM support. In all probability, a hardware flaw.
This will happen eventually to many laptops.
