BSOD during FBA with multiple NICs

I'm testing a new hardware configuration. The main difference is that there
are 3 NICs instead of 1. If I build and run FBA on a machine with 1 NIC, it
is OK. I can add the other 2 NICs later and the image remains OK. But, if
I run FBA on the same machine with 3 NICs, I get a BSOD during FBA. The
BSOD is in the NIC driver.

I'll debug with windbg and check the FBA logs when I have a chance. For
now, I'm running FBA on a machine with 1 NIC. But, maybe someone has seen
something like this before and has a couple of hints.

Mark,
I don't have an answer but I can say that I have built approximately 6 systems
as part of an ongoing evaluation of single board machines which all have
multiple NICs (2 to 4) and I have not seen the problem you describe. The main
problem I have had is lack of driver support for gigabit NICs but that problem
has mostly been solved by the board vendors.

I've seen a similar behavior but it was when i had two tv tuners from a
specific manufacturer in the system. It turned out to be the OEM's
driver, not FBA's fault.

Windbg shows a crash in the NIC driver handling timers duing a DPC. Not
much help.

But, when I connected every NIC to a switch, the problem goes away. Go
figure.
