bring back 'ctrl + tab'

why can i no longer switch between open presentations using 'ctrl + tab'?

cycling through all open programmes is no where near as convenient.
you have compressed two very useful shorcuts into only one...

why?

thank you - any idea what the reasoning behind the change was (it's not
exactly an 'improvement')

whinge over - i appreciate it's a new product and things are bound to be
different - i'll get used to them evebtually...
in the mean time i'll be stretching my fingers in preparation for the alt +
tab + backspace shortcut no doubt bundled with longhorn )
