Breaks QuickBooks!

After removing the following "Threat" QuickBooks 2005
would no longer function. I had to reinstall it. Since
QuickBooks is a bunch of embedded HTML screens,I think
this was the object that made the whole program work.

Here is what was reported as an elevated threat:

CommonName Search Hijacker more information...
Details: CommonName is a keywords service that allows you
to enter simple names instead of URLs. The software is a
search redirector and displays advertisements.
Status: Ignored
Elevated threat - Elevated threats are usually threats
that fall into the range of adware in which data about a
user's habits are tracked and sent back to a server for
analysis without your consent or knowledge.

I assume this feedback will find its way to MS developers
and I am not soliciting workarounds from this newsgroup.
Thanks.

I experienced the exact same false positive on an
installation of QuickBooks Premier Accountant 2004. That
PC also had QuickBooks 2005, but I did not check it.
However, I have another PC with QuickBooks Pro 2004 that
it did not affect.

FYI. I had quarantined the reported objects(never delete
until you are sure) so it was easy to restore the objects
and get back to the beginning. This is especially
important when working with a beta version.

Yes--this is the place to get feedback to Microsoft. False positives are
best reported in .signatures, but this seems like an equally appropriate
place--they read all the groups.
